Joy to the World Summer Programs 2023: Unforgettable Experiences in Tokyo
Joy to the World American International School (www.joytotheworld.info | PreK.World Profile), a well-established educational institution in Bunkyo-Ku, Tokyo, is excited to announce its Summer Programs for 2023. With over two decades of experience in early childhood education, the school is renowned for its comprehensive full-day preschool and kindergarten programs, extended care, and popular after-school programs.
The regular Summer Program 2023 is a five-week program for children ages 18 months to 4th grade. The program includes various activities like water play, team-building games, and hands-on summer crafts. Students will also be able to develop essential skills, such as teamwork, problem-solving, and self-expression.
The Triple Play Summer Camp is a one-week extension past the regular Summer Program. It is a mixed-ages class for children ages 2-6. This program offers a more intensive experience with even more activities, games, and learning opportunities. Students will have the chance to make lasting memories and friendships while having fun and learning new skills.
The Summer Saturday Program is a flexible program for children ages 3 to Elementary 4th grade. This program is perfect for families with busy schedules looking for a shorter-term option. Students will participate in various activities, such as arts and crafts, games, and English lessons.

- Complimentary extended care until 3 pm
- Optional Paid Extended Care Options from 8:00 am - 6:45 pm
- Cost: Starting at ¥51,000 per week, with discounts for multi-week registrations
Triple Play Summer Camp:
- Dates: August 28-September 1
- Ages: 2 - 6
- Times: 9:30 am-3:00 pm
- Optional Paid Extended Care Options from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Cost: ¥51,000 for the full week or ¥11,000 per day
Summer Saturday Program:

What about Joy to the World's famous Hawaii Program?
In addition to their regular summer programs, Joy to the World is also known for their annual Hawaii program, which takes place in Waikiki, Honolulu. This program is a fantastic opportunity for students to experience a different culture and learn about Hawaiian history and culture. Unfortunately, the Hawaii program is still on hold this year. However, Joy to the World hopes they can offer the program again in 2024.
